Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dill weed, mustard, sea salt and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes, celery and onion; toss gently to coat. Combine the potatoes, onions, red chilli powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them well. Add boiled eggs to the batter and mix well again.

  3. Fry them in deep oil both side.
  4. Serve them with mint sauce or any other sauce.

Now, make small balls of this mixture and flatten them slightly. Dip this in the beaten egg and roll them in the rusk. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the prepared cutlets.
