  3. Now make a ball from potatoes mix and fill stuffing roll it properly press little bit give tikki shape and fry it.
  4. Serve hot with sauce and sweet curd.

It is served hot and warm along with a side of saunth, tamarind and coriander-mint sauce, and sometimes dahi.
