- Remove the balls out of the saucepan and knead again(I like to shred it out first using a fork because it is too hot) then I proceed to using your hands.
- Cut out balls from the dough and from them roll out on your working surface into round shapes(like you would your regular chapatis).
- In a medium heat, place your skillet, let it warm. Then place your chapati on top. Fry on both sides till cooked through. Once cooked remove and place it in a container and cover.
