  2. Cook soaked barley in pressure cooker with 2 cups of water. 3 to 4 whistles is enough.
  3. Drain cooked barley keep the water aside. Cool down the barley and grind to smooth paste.
  4. Now heat the drained water in low flame. Once the water hot add ground barley paste and salt.
  5. Keep stirring until it comes to porridge stage. Very healthy breakfast recipe. If you are giving to kids you can add jaggery, ghee and some cashews.
