  1. Prepare 2 cup wheat flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup gram flour

Steps to make Wheat flour thepla:
  1. In a bowl add all dry ingredients
  2. Now add oil, fenugreek Leaves and yogurt, mix well.
  3. Now add water occasionally and make a soft dough.
  4. Take a small amount of dough make a ball and sprinkle some wheat flour on the rolling board and roll the circle shape.
  5. Heat a tawa/ flat pan and place it over medium flame and let it cook 40 to 50 second and then flip and cook another side and brush some oil, again flip it and brush oil on another side.
  6. Serve thepla with raita and pickle.
