  16. Make ready 4 to 5 drops of Maggi liquid seasoning
  17. Make ready 2 to 3 tablespoon evaporated milk
  18. Get 300 grams of vegan or ordinary pasta depending on preferences

Drain and toss with the mushrooms and the broccoli. Heat through, add the cilantro and sesame oil, toss together, and serve.   6. When the pasta is cooked , drain it , add a little extra oil and a pinch of nutmeg to it .
  7. Serve the tofu/mushroom mixture over your pasta.
