  7. Take 50 gm Rice
  8. Prepare 125 gm Mong Daal

  10. Make ready 3 Tbsp Red Chilli
  11. Prepare 1 Tbsp Termuric powder
  12. Take 2 Tbsp Dhania powder
  13. Get 1 Tbsp Garm Masala powder
  14. Get 250 gm Curd
  15. Get to taste Salt
  16. Make ready 1 cup Oil
  17. Prepare 3-4 Bay leaves
  18. Prepare 1/2 kg Onion
  19. Prepare Green chillies, Coriander, Ginger julians, Lemon, Fried Onions and Chaat Masala for Garnish

  3. Take oil in a pan. Fry sliced onions to golden brown. Take out half onions for garnish.In the same oil, Add mince (Qeema) and ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add all spices and curd as well and let it cook in its own water over slow to medium heat. When it cools down, grind mince a little.
  4. Now add the Lentil mixture and the wheat/ Jau mixture in Mince and cook well. Stiring continuously to avoid sticking to bottom or burning. It will need a good ghoota at this time. If qeema finds to be little grainy, grind a little more.
  5. Let it cook for 2-3 hours on slow heat. Stir in between. Garnish with green chillies, ginger julians, coriander,lemon, chaat masala and fried onions. Serve hot and enjoy
