  17. Prepare 1 cup milk or as per required
Instructions to make Sattu-Jaggery Pancake (5 layers):
  1. Soak the Jaggery in hot water for 10 minutes
  2. Strain the Jaggery syrup with sieve.
  3. Take a mixing bowl add both of Sattus, salt, baking powder, fennel, coarse black cardamom, coarse black pepper & Jaggery syrup mix well.
  4. Mix milk with a little bit and stir with spoon, so that lumps do not came. Now mix milk/water as needed for thick consistency.
  5. In high flame heat the non stick pan. Put few drops of ghee on pan and spread. Pour two ladle full of batter,in the center of the pan & spread it evenly. Keep semi thick(like thick chapati) add ghee the sides if needed.cook in medium heat.
  6. Cook both sides on medium heat until turn becomes into light golden.
  7. Apply same method for ready to five Pancake.
  8. Now take a bowl and mash the banana, add 1 tbsp honey,lemon juice & cardamom powder mix well. Keep aside.
  9. Take a serving plate put a pancake in the plate, spread the banana-honey paste on the Pancake. Prepare all the Pancakes with this method.
  10. Now stack Pancake together. Garnish it with pieces of banana, honey and coloured fennel on the top.
  11. Ready to serve. Enjoy!!
