- Boil 3 eggs and remove the shells. Chop onion and tomato into fine pieces. Chop coriander and mint leaves by the side and keep aside.
- Heat oil in kadhai add chopped onion and tomato. Saute nicely. Break the green chillies into two and add this to kadhai.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, curry powder. Mix thoroughly. Once masala cooks a bit add 2 cups of water and change the heat to medium. - - Meanwhile in a bowl break another 2 eggs beat it little bit.
