Filled with cinnamon sugar and raisins and then iced with the signature bun icing that will have people thinking they are eating cinnamon buns for real! These cookies are the perfect amount of sweet from the maple syrup, chewy from the oatmeal, and tart from the diced apples. The flavors and textures balance out quite nicely and when you bite into the cookies, they will scream fall!

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mix, shape them into a ball and place on a lined baking tray - i forgot to line it but they didn’t stick too bad. Flatten them slightly so they are about 1cm thick.

We also incorporated CBD into our cookies, but it is totally optional. Healthy soft and chewy Apple Cinnamon Cookies. Recipe contains no eggs, grains, gluten, dairy or refined sugars, & tastes incredible! The cinnamon sugar still sticks but the donuts will taste much lighter. Gluten Free: I haven't tested it, but a decent gluten free flour blend should work well here.
