Steps to make Bread chilla:
  1. Wash, peel and chop tomatoes, chilli, coriander leaves and ginger.
  2. Grind bread slices in the mixer to a fine powder.
  3. Add curd and semolina in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add 1/2 bowl water and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and all the chopped vegetables in the mixing bowl and make a batter. Adjust the consistency of mixture by adding little water. Mix well.
  4. Add baking powder and mix. Now heat a non-stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil. Put 2 tb spoon mixture on griddle and spread in round shape. Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle few drops of cooking Oil around the chilla and cook for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side also till golden.
  5. Serve hot garnished with red and green capsicums. Place black raisins for eyes and dried cherry for nose. Children will love this emoji chilla.
