  4. In a suitable deep pot, coated with ghee at the bottom, we start arranging 3/4 of the fried cauliflower on the bottom then, add 1/2 the amount of meat on top

  6. Add the basmati rice, the cumin and salt to taste
  7. Bring the pot to a boil then cover & simmer for 25-30 minutes on low heat until the rice has fully cooked and is fluffy
  8. When ready to serve, flip the pot over the serving dish. Garnish with the remaining meat & cauliflower.
  9. Serve hot next to you’re choice of salad or refreshing yogurt
