- Heat the cooking fat, add the chicken and season with the salt and pepper. Cook until browned, 2-3 minutes. Turn the chicken and add walnuts and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Shake the pan occasionally so the walnuts don't burn. Add the sweet potato, apple and chilly flakes and cook, stiring often, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add the apple juice and mix all ingredients together. Add spinach and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients, and reduce the heat. Cook until the milk has been absorbed and a crust has formed on the bottom of the hash. Turn and cook until the second side is browned. Bring a large pot or water to a boil over medium heat. Increase heat to high, and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
