- Slice duck thinly and pour sauce over the top to serve.
To keep the edges from curling up, press duck breasts down with the help of a smaller sauté pan. If the fat is either silent or spitting, adjust heat accordingly. Just before the duck is ready, drizzle the honey and soy sauce over. Toss and turn the duck in the honey and soy and cook until the liquid has reduced to a syrupy glaze. Remove the duck from the grill and brush with more of the glaze.
