  5. Now take a Pan add oil 3 tsp,add Asafoetida 2 pinch,add cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste and roast.then add chopped onion and roast.
  6. Add chopped green chilli,add roughly crush Soyabean.roast well.
  7. Add all Spices,and roughly crush spices.mix well.
  8. Now add salt,malai.mix well.
  9. Now add coriander leaves.mix well.stuffing is Ready.now take a bowl add 1 tsp of maida and 2 tsp of water mix Well.
  10. Now take dow and take small portion of the Dow and rolled like Roti with the rolling pin.cuts in two equal halves.take on part apply maida liquid.
  11. Stick well give Samosa shape.fill the stuffing.
  12. Fold like in the picture.samosa is Ready.
  13. Now take a kadai add oil for frying.when oil becomes hot add samosa and fry on Low to Medium Flame.now your very Tasty Delicious Healthy Malai Chaap Samosa is Ready.
