  4. Cook chicken till light brown
  5. Add smooth blended yogurt and cook till yogurt remains 1/3 rd,takes 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Now add garlic paste,salt and red chilli powder,cook few minute's
  7. Now add onion paste and mix well
  8. Finally quorma Masada,cook few minutes and add 2 to 3 cups water
  9. Let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes
  10. Dish out and serve with Naan and salad

You can substitute the double cream with coconut milk to make the chicken korma curry lighter. Even though the double cream adds that richness we love so much because it is a thickening agent, the coconut milk will do the same.
