  8. Make a well in the middle of the potatoes and add the fish.

  10. Cook for a further 30-35 minutes. Turning the fish a few times.
  11. Check seasoning and serve.

Place a fillet on each of four plates, spoon over the sauce, then sprinkle with parsley and serve with a wedge of lemon.
