- To make icing glaze, mix 225g of the powdered sugar with 2 - 3 tbsp water until smooth. You can add a drop of flavouring first then add the water. Beat until smooth adding drops of water as required to reach the consistency you want. That'll cover an 8" cake or 1/2 cupcakes
- To make buttercream, add 75g softened butter to 175g of the powdered sugar and beat until creamed. Add a little milk again to reach the consistency you want. That'll fill or cover an 8" cake or 1/2 cupcakes too
