Chop the cooled walnuts fairly finely (don't worry if you have a few bigger chunks). - Sprinkle a layer of the chopped nuts on top of the cheese.
  3. Place in the fridge to chill for about an hour or until you are ready to serve. - Serve with crackers or thin toast.
