Dry roasted Sicilian pistachios and pistachio butter carefully blended into fresh milk and cream.

  1. wrap tomatos individually in clear wrap & microwave each one for 3 minutes & then place in cold water
  2. put tomatoes & hand full of basil in strainer & wisk until all juice is in bowl
  3. in separate bowl…combine cream sugar & orange liqueur & wisk
  4. combine cream & tomato puree into a metal bowl & mix well….cover & put in freezer
  5. stir once in a while ….when its half frozen add crushed pistachio nuts & stir in
  6. when frozen ready to eat & enjoy

This is the only ice cream product I will buy. It's wholesome (only a few natural ingredients), creamy, and chock full of nuts. Damn, I think I need to. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and top with fresh basil or microgreens. Serve chilled. *To easily peel tomatoes, cut an X in the bottom of the tomato with a sharp knife.
