- Saute until potatoes turn golden colour. Now add garam masala and check the salt. Once potatoes turn to crispy stage garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
Potatoes should be cut into shreds in Drain shredded potatoes and set aside. Heat up oil in pan, then put in chili red pepper, Sichuan pepper firstly and fry until aromatic and then place garlic in. Drain the potatoes and peas and combine with the remaining butter, milk and horseradish. Puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Place the fish onto serving plates, serve with a scoop of the potato-pea puree and garnish with fresh dill.
