Remove beets from water and immediately immerse in a bowl of ice water to cool. This beetroot curry has been lying in my draft for quite a while now and thought of posting it only today.     1. I don't add much water just sprinkle water close and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now again sprinkle bit of water and cook another 3 minutes. - - 5. Now switch off the flame add coconut and mix. - - 6. Finally add the coriander and serve hot with sambar…
