  1. First Wash and dry mangoes properly.
  2. Then cut into small pieces. Add salt in it.keep aside for 2 hours.
  3. Then dry them in a sunlight.
  4. When they dry and mix both chillies in it and add the remaining water in it.
  5. Mix properly add 1 pinch of sodium benzoate in it to avoid spoiling it.
  6. Keep in a glass jar. It prepared in 6-8 days. Eat with mathri parantha etc.
