After 20hrs,deflate the dough,then sprinkle flour on youd work surface and divide the dough into 2.Work with one dough first.Dust your fingers wirh flour then press the dough in the middle and fold pressing the edges and tucking the two ends and tucking the middle.place the dough seem side down and roll on the work surface.Repeat the same process with the other dough.
  3. If dough is too stretchy to shape,place them seem side down cover with kling film and allow to rest for 20mins.Then shape again folding the middle and tucking the sides.Make them long enough to fit your oven tray.line your baking tray with parchment paper dust it and carefully place the dough on it folding the parchment in the middle to prevent them from sticking.
  4. Pull the parchment paper on the sides and secure with rolling pin to allow them to rise without loosing shape.Oil a piece of kling film and cover and allow to rise for 1 hr or until double in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 250c and place boiling water inside the oven at the bottom rack.Before putting the breads in the oven,remove the rolling pins and straighten the parchment paper then brush them with water and make long slits on them using a new razor blade.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20mins or until golden brown.using a spray bottle spray inside the oven every 5mins. After 10mins brush water on bread and transfer on to the oven wire rack,spray inside the oven and place them back.,remove after 2mins. Enjoy!
