  5. Add the tomatoes to the fry and stir in, add salt pepper and water then the beef cubes stir then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 mins.
  6. Transfer to a casserole dish or ovenproof dish and bake on gas 6 or 170°C for 45 minutes .
  7. Add the chopped red peppers and tomato puree, stir in just before serving so you have a crunchy texture instead of soggy peppers.
