Instructions to make #AlooTikki_Chole_Chaat:
  1. Mash boiled potatoes. Add bread crumbs or left over bread slices soaked in water for few minutes..
  2. Add salt, red chilly powder, cumin powder, dhania powder, and chaat masala into..and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Make flattened circular discs on the palm by rolling them into balls.
  4. Keep them aside.
  5. Now take a non sticking griddle or a pan, pour the required amount of oil and heat it.
  6. Shallow fried tikkis two at a time, depending upon the size of your pan till they become golden brown from both the sides.
  7. Meanwhile boil presoaked white chick peas..after boiling it, mash them a little by adding salt.
  8. Serve the tikkis with topping of these channa, along with dizzling tamarind, mint chutney, further topped with curd, chopped coriander leaves, onions rings, tomatoes and green chlllies. You can also add pomegranate arils to enhance its taste, but i didnt add.
