- Preheat oven to 180°c fan-forced. Line a large tray with baking paper.
- Sieve flour into a large bowl and add salt. Stir to combine.
- In a large measuring jug, combine olive oil, golden syrup, and molasses. Add to flour mix and stir lightly to nearly combine.
- Add nuts and chocolate pieces and mix until just combined. Don't over mix.
- Roll into 12 balls and place on the baking tray. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and bake for 11 mins.
