- when oil is hot, now take shrimp and strain of excess olive oil pat dry the shrimp.
- ready to fry shrimp dip a hand full of shrimp into beer batter and push into batter covering shrimp
- now one at a time pick each shrimp by tail droping into hot oil carefull not to brun your self, drop away from you. putting about 10 shrimps in pot at a time
- fry untill golden color.untill you fry all the shrimp.
- place fryed shrimp on a cooling rack for excess oil to drip
