  1. Wash and marinate the fish with salt and lemon juice
  2. Now blanch the cabbage leaves
  3. Prepare a paste of mustard seeds, poppy seeds,green chillies and coriander leaves
  4. Now take the fish fillets and marinate with the paste and raw mustard oil Take the cabbage leaves and wrap the fish fillets
  5. Wrap the fillets with cabbage leaves
  6. Place them in a greased steamer
  7. Steam it for 15-20 mnts.Keep it on high for first 10 minutes then keep the heat low.
  8. Finally grease a skillet and shallow fry the fish wrapped in cabbage leaves.
  9. Serve it with steaming hot plain rice
