  7. Cover loosely with foil and put in the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5-10 minutes more. Until a skewer comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to rest in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then turn out upside down on a wire rack to completely cool.
  9. Assemble the cake and jelly. Turn the cake over and carefully place the jelly into the center.
  10. Using a Bain Marie, melt the chocolate. Allow to cool a while. Spoon the chocolate around the edges of the cake and then pour the rest over the jelly and smooth. Finally just as the chocolate is setting use a skewer to mark the top.1. Enjoy!
