  1. Soaked the chanadal for 3 to 4 hrs. Then remove it from water and boil in a pressure with 1 to 2 whistle. Dal should not over cooked.
  2. In a pan boil 1 ltr milk. Add sugar, condensed milk, milk powder nuts and keep on stirring. Once milk become half ltr add boiled chanadal.
  3. Now stirring and check the sugar. If needed add more and let it cooked. Once chanadal cooked, kheer is ready. Adding kesar is optional.
