  7. Pinch a big ball from the dough and roll it using a rolling pin. Cut equal round shapes with a cookie cutter or lid. On a skillet lightly cook the tacos adding oil and lowered flame. Remove and keep aside.
  8. Using toothpicks fasten the edges of the tacos as shown in picture. Give them a semi circle shape. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tacos till crisp. Remove the toothpicks when tacos are done.
  9. Fill the taco shells with the chickpea mixture and garnish with coriander leaves. The dish is "Ready To Serve".
