- First of all collect ingredients to used in dosa. I have used 1:1 chickpeas:poha,and ⅓ cup of rice flour I have made with all possible proportions. This is the best in term of health,taste and crispness too.
- Minimum chickpeas soaking time is overnight. Soaked poha in 30min. Now take a mixy jar add soaked chana,soaked poha and ⅓cup soaked rice or rice flour. I used rice flour. Add 1tsp jeera and acc to taste salt. Add 2 cup of water,make a smooth batter consistency. Add the reqired amount of the water while grinding,do not add water to the batter to make the thin after you finish the grinding.
- Now take a hot tawa,spread the dosa better,take some oil in the corner of the dosa, cover with lid for 2min in high flame.
- Now fold the dosa. They looks golden in colour and crispy too. Donnot make thin batter of dosa like plain dosa..
- Crispy and healthy chickpeas dosa ready for serve. Served with chutney and garnished curry leaves.
