  3. When they crackle then add the masala paste in it.
  4. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and then add all the masala powder along with salt in it.
  5. Mix it well and again cook it for 2 minutes and then add the boiled dal and veggies in it.
  6. Allow it to boil and add the grated coconut and kasoori methi in it.
  7. Add sugar and mix it well and now your chana dal dalma is ready.
  8. Serve hot with poori or roti or paratha.
