Steps to make Split Chickpeas (Chana Dal) Wada:
- Soak split Chickpeas for overnight. In morning sieve all water and keep it for 15 mins. Now take a grinder add dal, ginger, garlic, green chillies. Grind it coursely.
- Take it in bowl. The mixture is dry so add curd, gram flour, chopped onions.
- Add salt, coriander. Mix it well
- Now put a 2-3 drops of oil on palm. Make tikkis out of it. Coat it in bread crumbs.
- Make all tikkis. Put it in freeze for 5 mins.
- Put a pan add oil for deep frying. Fry all tikkis on slow flame.
- Serve it with onions, Chillies, green chutney and Ketchup
