  4. Make a smooth dough. Then make small round balls u can make approx 20 +.(if you feel dough is liquidity so add flour and if you feel it hard and you are having cracks in ball so add few drops of milk… But this measurement is perfect zaroorat nahi pare gi addition ki)
  5. Heat the oil on medium flame,to check the temperature of the oil use the wooden spoon back when you dip spoon so there must be bubbles around the spoon. Then add gulab jamun and donot turn the gulab jamun quickly give it a time, so it can get a good brown colour from one side.. Then turn and move them so they can get even colour.
  6. Put all gulab jamun in sugar syrup and remember sugar syrup must be warm(donot turn on the flame). Then for 20 min the gulab jamun must be dip in the pan.. Take out from pan and plaace these in a bowl in which they can soak easy. And then dip this for about 2 hours (jitna zayada dip rhken gy utna hai absorb ho ga, mein ne 4 hours tak rhka tha.)
  7. Take out your perfect gulab jamun and eat it right away 😉
