  4. Phir usme Keema add karden aur taiz anch pr uska pani dry karen.jab pani dry ho jaye to usme salt and bhuna ho zeera add karen aur mazeed 5 min cover dhak k pakayen.
  5. Jab keema thora bhun jaye to usme shimla mirch add krden.
  6. Phir usme tamater add karden.aur bhunain k oil upar ajaye.
  7. Cover dhak k dam pe rakhen jab tak k shimla mirch aur tamatar na gal jayen.last me garm masala upar se chirhak den.
