- Set a pan on medium heat add oil plus butter,add ginger crushed saute for a min further add grind gravy, add 1 tbsp red chilli powder,garam masala, panner masala & salt as per your taste.Mix well, add cream & a pinch of red food colour, cook for 1 to 2 min.
- If you think that gravy is thick you can add a little bit of water. Add paneer cubes and mix well without breaking it and crushed the Kasuri meethi and cook for 3 to 4 min and your shahi paneer is ready to serve. Garnish with pour cream and Coriander leaves.
