- Parboiled the rice lightly and set aside.
- Stir fry Carrots,Green pepper,capsicums,peas,green beans and spring Onion lightly with little Veg Oil and set aside.
- Transfer the rice in to a pot and pour Coconut water with coconut flavor,Seasoning,Spices and Stir then cover with lid to for some minutes till the coconut water dries up.
- In Another Pot,Pour Veg Oil and Fry our boiled rice and stir gently.
- Then mix Vegetables all together with the rice and stir.
- Let it Simmer for 2-4 minutes then turn off the gas and serve,I served mine with Peppered fried Fish and Shredded chicken sauce,you can serve urs with anything of your choice😘
