  3. Stain the water and add to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds

  11. Add red oil to a container. Add tge batter and cover. Fill a pot half way with water and put the container inside. Cook for 20 minutes
  12. Your moi moi is ready. You can cut it to any shape you want
