  2. For "the oven" (see pic 01) pop the fish into a tray, use dill, salt, lemon slices to cover, and loosely cover with foil to deflect the dry heat. Check at 10 mins, then every minute thereafter.

Serve salmon filets on top of the wilted greens. Transfer salmon to a plate; wipe skillet clean. The homemade vinaigrette brightens salad greens while keeping calories and fat in check. Season salmon with salt and pepper and sprinkle with paprika. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
