  5. Prepare 1-2 tsp moong daal (with chilka)
  6. Make ready 1 tsp urad daal (split one)
  7. Make ready 1 tsp black urad daal (whole)
  8. Take 1 tsp black chana
  9. Take 1 tsp moong (whole)
  10. Prepare 1 tsp brown moong
  11. Get 1 tsp whole masoor daal
  12. Take 1 tsp rice
  13. Get 1 tsp sonf
  14. Take 1 tsp jeera
  15. Prepare 1 Small pc of ginger
  16. Take 4-5 black pepper
  17. Take 1 pinch hung(optional)
  18. Take As per taste Salt
  19. Take 1 onion chopped
  20. Make ready Handful coriander leaves
  21. Take As required Green chillies
  22. Get 1-2 tsp Besan (only if your daal batter iske watery)
  23. Prepare As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Mix Dal Mangodi/pakode:
  1. Take big bowl and wash kind of daal 4-5 times and soak it for 5-6 hours. (You can take any dal of your choice and quantity also you can change as you want).
  2. After 5-6 hours, transfer soaked daal to strainer to remove to remove water completely.
  3. Once water is removed take grinder add these daal, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, sonf & jeera and grind them coarsely. (Do not add water)
  4. Now transfer to a bowl, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt & pinch of hing. Mix it very well. (If you feel it's watery then add 1tsp besan for binding else not required)
  5. Heat the oil, and fry them on medium flame. Serve with chutney and green chilli. Enjoy your rainy season evening snacks!!!
  6. Note - - 1. Before grinding make sure water is filtered completely. - 2. While grinding don't add water.
