- Make ready 1-2 tsp chana daal
- Take 1-2 tsp toor daal
- Get 1-2 tsp moong daal (without chilka)
- Prepare 1-2 tsp moong daal (with chilka)
- Make ready 1 tsp urad daal (split one)
- Make ready 1 tsp black urad daal (whole)
- Take 1 tsp black chana
- Take 1 tsp moong (whole)
- Prepare 1 tsp brown moong
- Get 1 tsp whole masoor daal
- Take 1 tsp rice
- Get 1 tsp sonf
- Take 1 tsp jeera
- Prepare 1 Small pc of ginger
- Take 4-5 black pepper
- Take 1 pinch hung(optional)
- Take As per taste Salt
- Take 1 onion chopped
- Make ready Handful coriander leaves
- Take As required Green chillies
- Get 1-2 tsp Besan (only if your daal batter iske watery)
- Prepare As required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Mix Dal Mangodi/pakode:
- Take big bowl and wash kind of daal 4-5 times and soak it for 5-6 hours. (You can take any dal of your choice and quantity also you can change as you want).
- After 5-6 hours, transfer soaked daal to strainer to remove to remove water completely.
- Once water is removed take grinder add these daal, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, sonf & jeera and grind them coarsely. (Do not add water)
- Now transfer to a bowl, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt & pinch of hing. Mix it very well. (If you feel it's watery then add 1tsp besan for binding else not required)
- Heat the oil, and fry them on medium flame. Serve with chutney and green chilli. Enjoy your rainy season evening snacks!!!
- Note - - 1. Before grinding make sure water is filtered completely. - 2. While grinding don't add water.
