- Take a kadhai add little oil to it and fry peanuts, garlic, green chillies
- Now take a mixer grinder and add that Peanuts fry with garlic and all, also add 1 raw onion and add little water to it, add salt, add sugar and grind it and make a smooth paste.
- Now take a tadka pan and add 1 Teaspoon of oil and add there Mustard seeds, little amt of Fenugreek pieces, red chillies, curry leaves and hing and make tadka. Now it's done add tadka to that Chutney and enjoy.
Basically I love to make different varieties of chutney for idli,dosa. I wanted to make variations in peanut chutney as Sendhil loves peanuts. I have tried Andhra style peanut chutney with coconut.
