Bake at 450° for five minutes.
  12. Plate your crustiinis and cover with a light kitchen towel.
  13. Plate your warm bones communal style and garnish with fresh parsley.
  14. Serve with minced beef, Parsley Salad and lemon wedges.
  15. Expect to serve two crustiinis per guest.
  16. You can also use 6" deep beef bones.

I prefer the sliced marrow bones like these ones here. But if you get the long, unsliced ones, they will work, too. They just have to roast longer. Place marrow bones on a tray or ovenproof skillet, bone side down. Some fat will render from the bones, but the majority of the marrow should stay in the bone.
