- Prepare 2 Cup Wheat flour
- Make ready 1 Beetroot grated and steamed

- Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala

Steps to make Beetroot Paratha:
- Clean the beetroot and wash it well. Grate it and steam it in cooker. Puree this in a mixer jar with ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add this mixture to the wheat flour.
- Add in ajwain, garam masala, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves, salt, oil and knead this to a soft dough. You may require to add very little water to the dough while kneading. Rest this dough for around 20 minutes. Pinch in a small size ball from the dough and roll them into thin circle like paratha with the help of some wheat flour.
- Heat a tawa and place the rolled paratha and cook on both sides by applying oil / ghee till both sides are cooked well. Serve paratha with curd, pickle and green chutney!
