  5. Drain the water completely from the rice and then add the soaked rice to the pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and fry for a minute.
  6. Now add salt and water. Mix well. Close the lid and cook the rice till done.
  7. Once the rice is done, garnish it with cashewnuts and fried onions. Serve hot.
