- Then add coriander leaves then switch off the flame
- Mix wheat flour with salt and water make into a dough, keep for 20 minutes,
- Divide the dough, make into balls, roll out in small circle keep aside roll another ball in same size put some filling in center of one circle
- And cover with other one press them together to seal the sides roll out again to make a roti,
- Heat tawa, fry paratha by adding ghee on both sides make golden brown.
- Serve with dahi and achar or any kind of chutni which do you like
