  3. Pour in moulds. Don't pour full, leave place for chocolate layer. Keep in freezer for about 1 hour.
  4. Melt cooking chocolate(dark) by double boiler method or in microwave.
  5. When chocolate melts, take out and mix with 1/2cup cream well.
  6. Pour this mixture on set paan mousse and keep in freezer for few hours.
  7. Unmould carefully and serve chilled.
