- Drain excess water.
- In a mixture jaar, add the soaked moong daal, ginger, garlic and turmeric and salt in it.
- Grind it without adding water.
- Transfer the batter in a bowl.
- Add in chopped onions, coriander and mix well.
- Heat a kadai and add oil.
- Deep fry like pakoras(the batter isnt sticky…but if you find it so, then just wet your ✋)
- Serve hot with ketchup or pudina chutney
- The batter can also b made by adding equal qnty of moong dal, tur daal, masur dal, udrad daal and chana dal.
