  3. Flatten the dough, apply some oil on the top and cut it into equal sizes. Take each strip, roll it into a ball and again flatten it out to a circular shape (or African map if that is what you can manage at this point :) ) Take each flattened dough piece and cook it on a heated pan one by one until all your chapatis have cooked through.
  4. After your chapatis have cooked through, beat an egg and season it with salt (and other desired spices). Place it on the pan and cook it on one side, before turning to cook the other side, place your chapati and let the egg cook through.
  5. Fold your chapati egg wrap and serve hot with an accompaniment of choice.

Serve immediately, garnished with a little of the coriander.
